I remember some time between 2006-2008 (it had to be around here because it was when I still had a tv in my room), there was some action anime movie they were playing on Adult Swim one night. All I remember was it kept going between some swordsman alone in this snowy dojo looking place and some group lamenting their lack of having that swordsman as they fight a bad guy. The one scene that always sticks out to me is some dude that looked like Ken from street fighter jumping at a swarm of enemies and just getting eviscerated by them. I remember his skeleton being in the exact same pose and falling down bone by bone, it felt really out of place compared to the rest of the movie's tone, so it really stuck out to me. I'm pretty sure it took place in fairly modern times, the city they were fighting in looked pretty urban.
