Are there any comfy anime about living in a post-apocalyptic era? Something somber, but also sweet.
Girl's Last Tour is the only one I know.

Fractal was good, though it gets a tiny bit darker towards the end.
Last Exile was pretty good too, though perhaps a little different to what you seem to be after.
