Any action game where the combat style is extremely customizable? Basically I want a game where there's no intended way to fight, you can do whatever you want. It's not as simple as having several different weapons to choose from, I want to customize the movesets of those weapons too. Bonus points if it has some form of magic.
I know that several MMORPG have customizable movesets like I've mentioned but I'd prefer it to be something singleplayer, or at least if it's online multiplayer something that isn't an MMORPG. I guess that's kinda what I'm looking for, a singleplayer game with MMORPG-like customization.

Also emphasis on action game, no turn-based stuff like Divinity or DnD.
