Tech support needed

So a while back my monitors stated to act out. They stop responding whenever I try to play video games, and they won't come back on until I power down the pc.
I've tried updating drivers.
I've tried swapping cables and power outlets.
From reading the event log I got these.
>Event 41 Kernel power
System crash I assume this is just from turning off the pc with the power button. Right?
>Event 700 service controll manager
>Driver is blocked from loading
Can't find any links to this and my problem with google.
Tried the google fix anyway by going into the reg and setting the start value in luafv to 4 (it was at 2)
But this did nothing to solve my problem, and the event 700 error even still popped up.
>Event o AdobeARMservice and fab
>Component that caused this event is either not installed or damaged
Don't know how adobe would cause this but the event matches the timing.
And I have no idea what fab even is.

Also. Pic related is very related. So if you are going to help, be patient.
