Auto stitcher did some wierd things to line work. Doing it manually will probably produce better quality. I don't have time at the moment so maybe tomorrow.

Ah it was the black borders I didn't notice in the beginning. After cropping those the program was suddenly far more helpful. Now lines are better and banding is gone.
