I'm had an idea for one of those "Obama-esque" heavily stylized campaing posters, but I'm an MS Paint peasant.

Looking for Rick Sanchez 2016, dramatic pose like in this picture, slogan "Make America Schwifty Again" or "Get America Schwifty again" (artist's choice.)

You could upgrade to Paint.NET or GIMP, It (almost) guarantees citizenship... and there are torrents for photoshop if you aren't afraid of the thought police.

In any case; you should move up from MS Paint regardless. Paint.NET or GIMP... Or pixlr if you're desperate. There is also inkscape for vector shit
