Whenever I try to view an animated gif on twitter, it's either blacked out or stuck on the first frame.

* I tried clearing my cache and cookies
* I updated my video drivers
* Updated Firefox
* Tried different browsers
* Used a twitter downloader but the file is corrupt

I'm at a loss on why this is happening. The weirdest part is it works on my old laptop.
