I'm watching hidamari sketch rn. On the last season actually. It's a good show, but I dunno. I kinda just wanted people to talk to and to see funny, innocuous posts on the internet. Hidamari is 10/10 though.

Seen, paprika. I didn't like the first ep of star driver, or brave. Definitely need to watch soratobu yuureisen. Wrote a little biography about yoshinori kanada the other day based on the documentary about him. Yuureisen seems like an interesting film, especially since it inspired him to animate.

Yeah that would be Exkaiser. You might like J-Decker, it's very upbeat and more character focused. If you like pulpy comicbook style antics go with Might Gaine (if you no other reason the awesome opening theme). Dagwon you need a taste for toku to appreciate. Others are also good minus Goldran because the first two thirds suuuuuuuuuuck although it is the entry that tries the hardest at comedy.

Okay, fair start. If you're that down on life I wouldn't recommend Victory, 00, Age, or Iron Blooded Orphans since they are depressing and IBO sucks enough ass it warrants the nickname felcher gundam. Is there any specific genre you like? I have a backlog of close to 200 anime titles I've given perfect scores so I'm sure I'll find something between 7-10/10 that might help you.

I can't really invest a lot of time into anime right now as finals are coming up. I'll probably be studying when tomorrow comes. But I'll put the shows you recommended on my ginormous ptw if it means anything. Right now I'm watching Joe 2 and Hidamari sketch. When I'm done, I might pick up zeta gundam. But I do kinda want to start something fresh that I don't have any baggage going into. What I like? I don't know. I usually just try whatever. I like existentialism. Robot girls like alpha. I enjoy the aesthetic of kaiba, but anything with extremely deep characterization is good. Lain is one of my favorites. Basically cute girls being existential would be a perfect show for me. I'd give you my 3x3 but it's kinda outdated now and I like to keep the feeling that my tastes are fluid.
