sometimes on GIMP the bucket fill tool when applied to a particularly distinct and well defined area only feels in spots of that area I would presume due to the fact that there are slight variations of the color that normally would not be seen to the computer.
does anyone know of a way to select a particularly well defined shape or area and make it so that the color values of each pixel Ill become the same rather than having very minute and slight variations?
