Its actually wireless earbuds - sony wf 1000xm3.
Win10 and it doesn't matter price-wise, i'm willing to spend whatever due to actually working more during the quarantine.

I believe that any dongle should work that is atleast bluetooth 4.0 if you're on a budget. I have heard good thing about the Avantree DG60 for use with headphones if you dont mind spending the extra cash.

There won't be any difference between that and any other adapter that fully supports the Bluetooth 5.0 audio profiles, but not all of them do.
