What would be the perfect brand of laptop for the one who wants to pay 300-400$ but doesn't want a Chinese spyware device? Could anybody suggest any models? I plan to only do very basic things with it, and I want some half-decent standard of the equivalent of horse power. I'd appreciate a quick recommendation-- I'm not very tech literate, just looking for a quick and capable backup computer for work. Thanks
