My friend's been having an issue with certain anime he's torrented where every time the characters speak he hears a ringing sound. He says that it happens whether he uses his laptop's speaker or his headphones, in both VLC and MPV, and I've confirmed to see that the torrents themselves weren't the issue. Do any of y'all know how to help him?
