Definitely both.

Depends with you, the characters are western looking and these were done when dubbing isn't as cringey as it is nowdays.
I still prefer original audio since mouth movement doesn't look unnatural.

I've watched both.
Endure the TV version. Watch the short DVD promo. Then watch the OVAs.

I tried the dubs, but the fake British accent put me off since I'm from England. Others from America or Canada thinks the dubs is actually British, which it isn't. So I watched them all with Japanese audio and subbed.

It does some things better than Ultimate, because it follows the story of episodes 1-2 in the space of 11 episodes. The start of Ultimate is quite rushed, perhaps because they assume you've already seen the TV show. But then it deviates wildly from the comic because there's an element that's both fundamental to the story and thoroughly unpalatable to the TV ratings.

tl;dr: READ BETWEEN THE FUCKING LINES. Everyone in this thread is trying hard not to spoiler your dumb ass. Just go fucking watch it.
