* what do i need to buy and what (please links to where i can buy it)
*what are the exact steps you need to do to disable it

most video´s like these talk about soldering and are not clear on what to do when there´s an hardware flasher involved

Because if you *just* use that, you'll have a bios image on your disk, not in your bios chip.

Literally all you do is use the OEM's flash tool to flash it. That's it.

That only works on pre-UEFI, i.e. pre-2009 boards. UEFI updates are signed.

We're not talking about Secure Boot here, the official BIOS updates are signed with a private key, and you can't change that key without updating the BIOS using an image signed by that key. You're free to use the utility to stage whatever image you like, but if it's not correctly signed, the BIOS won't flash it. Before it loads an OS, the BIOS makes the flash chip read-only until the next reboot, so there's no way to flash it other than staging an update, rebooting, and having the BIOS approve and flash it.

Computers have worked like this for more than a decade; welcome to current year.

Why in the fucking shitfuck do you think OP is asking about SPI flashing the chip, if you could just "enrol your own key"?

You need to tell us what your specific motherboard is.

If the chip isn't socketed, and isn't accessible to a clip, then you have to solder.

I think you're underestimating the component density on modern laptops. You need clearance to get the clip where it needs to go.

Okay, you need a raspberry pi and a magical autodetecting chip clip that will attach to whatever kind of chip you know you have but aren't willing to tell anyone.

I can't find one on Amazon, but maybe you can.
