I was backing up some files and accidentally deleted something a month ago. Any freeware with no viruses to recover deleted documents on w10? The built-in w10 recovery doesn't have it.

You're probably fucked, but first thing to do is stop using the drive. If the computer's currently on, switch it off. If it's your only computer, pull the disk out and temporarily install an OS on a spare drive.

I was renaming files and tossing others that had no relevance. Accidentally renamed a trash file and tossed the a good file. It was just a mix-up.
