This looks like a solid recomendation chart, but I'll list here some of my favourites

Dragonball Shin Budokai
Crash of the Titans - what I loved the most was the overall art/scenery/setting.
Medievil Resurrection - cool mr skeletal
Ridge Racer - not really on the "realism" side due to insane drifing, but very fun, also has a great OST
And my absolute favourite ever:
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite

My favorite games when I had a psp were Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and Metal Slug Anthology. I also had a fun cheap/freebie called echochrome which was a fun Escher like puzzle game
