Shut up, literally just highlight a piece of the image that matches what's supposed to be there, drag it over the nintendo logo, and you're done.
For the ESRB logo color over it in all in the darkest grey on the guy's jacket, then recolor it in to match the shine lines.
There I gave you help, now do the work yourself.
