As for an anime with just absolute overwhelming cuteness, few things come close to Watashi ni Tenshi for me. Doga Kobo are masters of drawing adorable little blobs of cute these days.
If you want more, you could just look through Kyoto Animation's and Doga Kobo's portfolio and watch whatever catches your eye.
