I did a million things to it and nothing work. If I change it to where I have to safely remove the device it goes back to normal speeds but then drops down to the shit speeds I've been getting. No clue what the fuck else to do. My USB 3.0 port is fine. Crystaldiskinfo says my HDD is fine. When I went to defrag and error check the drive windows said I didn't need to because it's fine. I need this fixed.
