Is this a good routine?
After each meal:
1. Brush, DON'T RINSE, let the fluoride do its shit for 30 minutes.
2. Floss.
3. Use mouthwash, let it sit for 30 minutes.

Brush, floss if you want to, then mouthwash. Unless you have fluorosis or radionecrosis, teeth don't actually take that much effort.

Don’t use mouthwash and definitely don’t keep it in your mouth for an extended period of time if you do

How?
2 minutes to brush, one minute to and from bathroom + opening a tube, applying paste, opening the door, spacing out, etc.
1 minute to rinse + 1 min.
5 minutes to floss + 1 min.

11 minutes x 3 = 33 minutes a day. I can probably reduce it if I start doing stuff faster and running to and from the bathroom.

I didn't brush my teeth for a couple years, have one cavity, and two are starting to form, right molars have small brown spots on them. Trying to slow this shit down while looking for a good dentist.

Even a cursory Google search will tell you that alcohol isn’t the only active ingredient to avoid while choosing a mouthwash. Unless you splurge on the natural stuff, I would highly suggest forgoing mouthwash altogether. It simply isn’t necessary and nine times out of ten it does more harm than good.

It isn't, but it contains FLOURIDE!!1, so those conspiracy theorists will have a field day with it. No idea what it actually does or what it is but only that ingested in higher doses it is poisonous and has bad effects (you know, just like EVERYTHING EVER), therefore it's BAD!
Ask one of those how it works or at least is supposed to work by da big bad man (Government? Jews? World Government? Freemasons? All of them together?) - no it doesn't make your teeth "harder". There are precise scientiifc terms explaining what it does like solubility product, but only four-eyes in lab coats use those, am I right?
