So to make it clear: It is natural to be attracted to post-pubertary CHILDREN, as soon as those CHILDREN have developed breasts to feed the potential child, hips to birth the potential child and a healthy body appearing to be able to withstand the stress of childbirth they are potential mates and it is therefore normal to find those CHILDREN attractive (which by the way does not mean directly ripping their clothes apart and humping them when seeing them irl btw). These CHILDREN are post pubertary and so the word "pedo" does not apply to these CHILDREN.
Regarding the girls in the OP, since we cannot see the whole body we cannot completely determine all of that, so we are for that moment stuck with the breasts. Those are pretty nice breasts, so I would definitely regard her as sexually attractive.
