Mangadex keeps track of the last chapter you read but I think you need an account for that.

No, stick to panda for that.
I forgot to mention one big thing, Mangadex doesn't allow for uploads of official translations so there are a quite a few missing big titles. The upside though is that this is the main site that most translators upload to so it has the highest quality and often has chapters up earlier than most other site.
