Try out CoC and the CoC modded versions by Kitteh6660 and Xianxia, they are like a medieval version of TiTS. I wouldn't recommend CoC 2 yet though, it's too janky and nowhere near finished.

I feel called out so I just want to say I never felt I was "lower on the totem pole" or didn't deserve what "real trannies" were allowed. I only didn't realize that what I was feeling was dysphoria and that I was the same as trannies.
