So my step-brother gave me an iPhone 8s, except it's logged into his mom's apple ID account, which she has since lost the password for.

I'd like to add my own apple account because I can't download any apps that my step-brother hasn't already downloaded.

Is there any way I could remove the iCloud account without having to go to an apple store?
