Both of these were directed by Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli, so I'd recommend more films by him and Ghibli. Namely: Porco Rosso, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, and Princess Mononoke. Each of these are heavier on action than the two movies you listed, but the rest of your list makes me think you enjoy action series.

If you enjoyed that, you might like some of Satoshi Kon's other works. I'd recommend Paprika (film) and Paranoia Agent (TV series). Maybe Tokyo Godfathers as well, though it's a bit different in content to Perfect Blue, while the previous two titles are in the same vein of psychological thrills.

If you want more Isekai, Overlord is a good bet. Maybe try Shield Hero too.

consider giving some visual novels a try, for the shows you like enough. For example, Steins;Gate is based off a game, so you may want to play the game to get the full story. Dies Irae is another anime that is based off a VN, and that's partially free on Steam.

The reason I throw that out there is because it will keep you busy if you find yourself with nothing to watch, or if there was a show you really liked. It looks like you got some good recommendations, though.

Watch Akagi, manga is by the same author as Kaiji, with the same unmistakable art style. Both Akagi and Kaiji's anime were adapted by the same anime studio and have a similar vibe, both focus on gamblers, but Akagi is focused on mahjong. If you don't know mahjong this show will probably make you want to learn it, but it's pretty enjoyable regardless. I'd also recommend a comedy spinoff series called Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa which follows Tonegawa in his misadventures trying to wrangle Teiai employees. The narrator is very different from the usual Kaiji one, and takes some getting used to, but he really sells his lines and I ended up loving him.
