I know I am not in the mood for fumbling around with crypto for requests. We are here as a comfy side time waster, as soon as money is involved it gets too serious and is not comfy anymore.
I think the best way to do it is to offer some easy to use reward you can give right here, like codes, I've seen people offer Steam codes and after fulfilling the request actually posting them but I have never seen "Will send X$ for Y" being fulfilled. Mind you, some OP ask for response via email so I don't know if some of those were fulfilled obviously.
