Lost my case. Paid Lawyer by etransfer no receipt, also never signed any documents stating that I was acquiring his services.
Cancelled meeting with me twice, didn't inform me that I HAD to be at court with him. Accidentally deleted my case file, so trial pushed back.
Since no Signature or receipts, was he legally working for me? Can I ask for a new Trial?
