Help me /wsr/!
I'm trying to remember the name of an anime from the late 90s/early 00s, character design style similar to Outlaw Star, Slayers, that type of design. It was about a group of scantily clothed women who were like, some sort of security/defense team for the coast or the beach or something - it dealt with water, and I believe it took place in the future.
If I remember correctly, one of the hotter girls was darker skinned and always wanting to blow things up/shoot them.
Grr, this is driving me mad. I keep trying Google searches like "90s anime girls ocean" but I'm not getting anything close.
