Microsoft Excel is still the king. Google Sheets lacks the nuance and mathematical abilities it has. Although this does depend on what you need from it. Sheets allows for easier communication and can also read Excel files if need be (although it can be very slow).

I forgot to mention, but online Excel is substantially shittier than desktop Excel, but it's still better than using LibreOffice in Linux.
