You're meant to put it in front of a user 1-2 times IN TOTAL, when they do something with real-world consequences like request a 1-to-1 with your representative, or sign up for a mailing list, or request a password reset. You're not really meant to be putting it in front of your users dozens of times a day, and if you do it responds exactly like it's supposed to.
