God tier case and PSU. 750W should be enough to handle a second Radeon card - in two years you just buy a new R9 490 and it will work in Crossfire with your old 390.
If you want a stronger CPU for occassional heavier work, you can mvoe on to i5-650), i5-6600K or even i7-6700K, but that would require changing the motherboard to a newer chipset and RAM to DDR4.
