Any good anime to watch?
My favorites are: Monogatari, Lucky star, End of evangelion, kaiba.
My favorite manga is berserk.

That said, Chainsaw man is pretty fun and gorey. It's not as refined as other manga but it's a fun read with little to no quiet time. Pic related
