Pretty much title, having issues staying on task while taking notes, doing math, or writing. Any anons got some tips to stay on task?

Try putting on music you wouldn't otherwise listen to. Having something you both don't hate but otherwise simply wouldn't listen often helps me focus. Try The Cranberries or something.
