The ones already recommended in this thread all worth watching, but I'll add
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Lupin III (most of it isn't dubbed, but what is there is pretty good)
Yu Yu Hakusho (might just be nostalgia but for me this dub is great)
Additionally there's some shows where I consider the dub to be about on par with the sub, to the point that I'd argue you should watch both at some point because they are both good:
Black Lagoon
Samurai Champloo
Hellsing + Hellsing Ultimate
>>924441This one is a gag dub OP, similar to shin-chan. They completely rewrote the script and loaded it with adult humor. Well worth a watch for the laughs.
