Hi, please recommend me depressing anime, anime movie or manga. Researching on my own isn't giving me the results I want because using the tags on big websites just gives me series that have tragedy as a small part of them. It would also feel kind of genuine to hear a word or two along with what you're telling me to experience.
Sorry for not being too specific, I'll give you some examples instead.
It could have its characters go through tragic events behind the scenes like Steins Gate or Madoka,
Could be about living in dystopian worlds like Shinsekai Yori or Girls Last Tour
Series like Ef or School Days where the characters go through tragic events are also fine, as long as the tragedy eventually becomes a big part of it.
I also really enjoy visual novels so please give me anything you could on that front as well.
