Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya, specifically the second season (2wei) is when the nudity and fanservice really gets into overdrive. It's mostly yuri stuff, but a little bit of flirting with a guy.
Kodomo no Jikan has tons of innuendo / suggestive shots and some nudity as well. A lot of it is a little girl lusting after an adult male character, but there's some light loli on loli stuff as well.
Lotte no Omocha also has some nice little girl butts. It's kind of a weird show though, with a mixture of loli ecchi fanservice, surprisingly compelling fantasy world building, and family values themes.
