>>934288Although it may be expensive, there are certain devices you can buy that measure the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) parts per million (ppm) in your room. From what I learned in college you generally want your CO2 ppm to be under 1000 to be healthy still. More CO2 = bad and living in a room with high CO2 ppm can eventually cause brain damage.
If those market devices are too expensive then you can probably make something using a raspberry pi or arduino if you're good with those things. Otherwise I wouldn't know how to measure it.
