it restarted while i was about to update windows, and it also restarted when I tried to reset it. It's fucking stressing me out

it keeps turning off, it's plugged in an avr, and even if i use an outlet, it still happens. the place where im staying probably doesn't have enough volt to supply my pc :( i don't know

Leave it in the BIOS settings screen, see if it does it there.
If it doesn't, make a Windows 10 install USB using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool, boot it, then leave it and see if it does it there.

weirdly enough, i had my suspicions with the HDD, and then the PSU, so I dismantled those parts, and put it back again, connecting every ports back, and I booted it, left it alone for a couple of minutes. It stopped restarting itself after doing that, and im still using the pc right now, it doesn't restart anymore, so it might be that the wires aren't connected properly. I'm still not sure, but thank you for those advices.

Loose PSU connection would do that, good job fixing it!

Bad HDD wouldn't do that, because SATA is designed to hotplug. What happens instead is everything slowly locks up because whenever a process needs to read the disk, it gets told to wait. Programs slowly stop working and eventually the computer bluescreens when it needs to swap kernel memory back in but can't read the swapfile.

You already tested this. If you're not used to being scientific, try writing down a table with the columns
- I think it might be X
- If it is X, then if I do Y, Z won't happen
- did Z happen

Then you can fill it with things like
- X=AVR faulty
- Y=plug it in without AVR, Z=turns off anyway even though there's no AVR
- Yes, Z happened, so not AVR problem
and
- X=OS problem
- Y=leave it in BIOS screen so OS can't load, Z=turns off anyway even though no OS
- Z happened anyway so not OS problem

This technique is not infallible (it will fail if two faults that cause the same problem manifest simultaneously), but it should help you narrow down your problem.

Nope, not overheating, because it restarts spontaneously an any given moment, and im not sure if it's the ram stick, they still work and at times it even lets me get into the desktop, earlier it worked fine and I thought it wouldn't restart itself anymore, and then an hour later it did the thing
