Classic anime movie recommendations?

Hey anons, just watched Akira for the first time last night and loved it. I was thinking about watching more classic anime movies but dont know what else I should see.

They're by and large solid, though some like Howl's Moving Castle are vastly overrated. >>947801 are all good first Ghibli films, as is Nausicaa (which is technically proto-Ghibli)
