Code Geass, Trigun, SnK, Initial D, and Cowboy Bebop are the most digestible and are good watches. I would start with those first. Save Evangelion for last. It is the best anime ever made, after all.

misunderstanding, that 3x3 is anime Ive already seen, its just for reference, the anime I haven't seen are the ones I listed.

If you like books, LotGH. I watches as if you're reading a book. Strange but comfy. Never seen a show or movie pull off that before. Watch the first 2 OVAS and continue series from there. You can google a watch order. Lain is good if you like ambiguous and abstract shows. Paprika is like Inception but an anime. Inception actually took a few scenes from Paprika, ironically enough. Princess Mononoke is a comfy movie that shares the same feeling as all Ghibli movies share. Haven't seen the others yet

Dorohedoro is also quite good all around, watch the anime and then read the manga. It can be quite confusing since it establishes a lot of concepts and people along with a mystery quite early on but keep watching/reading. It's not really similar to anything you've listed but it's good nonetheless.

I'd say those two out of anything on that list for sure, nothing wrong with the other stuff you listed but I imagine from your 3x3 you'd like these the most. Steamboy and Metropolis might also be to your liking but I haven't seen them so I can't say fully.
