Is there anyway to access the internal filesystem of my Samsung Galaxy S10 (ideally from GNU/Linux, though I have access to Windows) without the phone being on?

The phone is rebooting constantly and I plan on fixing it by just doing a factory reset. But I'm a retard who didn't back up his 2fa aegis vault, so I need to grab the vault file before doing it.
