Are there any websites that offer the "best" release of things?
Like, the highest resolution version of a movie, the best master of a song, etc. Asking because it would save me a lot of time and research probably.

Surely the "best" release is the one they expect you to pay for?

i.e. the best Netflix rip is Netflix, the best CD rip is the CD, and the best BDRip is the actual Bluray disk?

Well yeah. But there can be multiple CD remasters and multiple bluray releases, usually with differences between them. For example the LOTR movies have really shitty color grading on early releases that was fixed later, and the best master of a CD might be the first or second remaster or similar. It's very non-trivial.

Oh also, I don't really mean scene releases, ideally I'd want a 1:1 copy of the highest quality paid version of somethnig, so a BD remux or a CD ripped with EAC and verified.

Well, I'd like to replace every album in my playlist with the highest quality version and I have several hundred, but I think Led Zeppelin might be the easiest to find for this kind of thing.

For more "normie" or common music, a place like tpb or 1337 would probably be your best bet. Remember, anon; your bitrate is everything. Try to find files encoded as flac or wav rather than mp3.

Finding FLACs is not that hard. What I'm asking is, if say an album came out in 1986, and was re-released in 1993, 2004 and 2011, I want some site that will tell me which versions are the best/offer downloads for those versions, or something similar.
Basically I'm trying to find an easy way to get the autistically high quality version of everything.

A lot of that stuff isn't properly documented, but it isn't hard to find out yourself. Attain a potential source for every release you can find, then just look at the raw file size totals. The largest is the winner.
