If I remember correctly it was a low budget looking Mexican crime film form the 70s

The only things I can remember was probably a shootout scene taken inside a mall or something, where one of the bandits was wearing a green and white striped shirt (kinda like pic related) and he got shot, then you see his dead body lay down on top of an escelator as it slowly starts dragging him down to the bottom floor

let me know if anybody recognizes this movie or where can I watch it
