This is from when HorribleSubs existed, but still good. Just replace any instance of HorribleSubs with SubsPlease.

I don't know if it's mentioned in my picture, but some bots require you to be in the specific channel the bot is located in to download from it, like the SubsPlease bot. So, be aware of that.
Also, I might be wrong, but I don't think a lot of manga is available to download via XDCC. Not that I'm aware of, anyway. I only know torrent and DDL sites for manga.

Yes.
Packs can sometimes be late, despite the torrent for it already being up. For reference, torrents are always up immediately, while XDCC packs take a little bit of time to come out. However, I don't know why it's taking so long for new packs right now. Perhaps it has to do with Nyaa being down.
I only found out SubsPlease had an XDCC bot yesterday, funny enough, so I don't know how long it usually takes for packs to show up yet. In the mean time, you could just use the torrent/magnet links, unless you're at a college or something.

Nyaa's only down in the US and South America (in Brazil at least), it works in Europe and Asia. I confirmed this myself as a US resident by turning on my VPN and switching to a UK node, was able to download everything like normal. It appears to be an expired cert for the US website, but a bunch of other indexes are having issues right now so maybe it's some big push by a copyright hound.
