But initially what got us into the "piracy" thing to begin with was some clown at the beginning of the thread saying that .mkv had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with anything OUTSIDE of piracy. which is total bullshit.
Again. what the guy implied was that no professional editor would open .mkv. Videoredo is a professional editor in my opinion. It is premium and is frame accurate and very good. It does edit video and it opens it.
So I guess if you want to try convincing me that videoredo isn't professional, fine don't feel like arguing and I proved that Cyberlink Powerdirector DOES open it. So let's go from there.
I acknowledged at the beginning of the thread that MKV has a gigantic role in the piracy world, but that's not to say that it isn't used in anything else.
