Oh boy, have fun diving into the autism city that is the popular private trackers.
Military grade restricitions, a cabal network where if you get banned on one you get banned on all, interviews, invites for the ones everyone wants to get into being worthy as gold, with everyone wanting in the staff having ridiculous amount of e-dick and therefore feeling of self-importance...

That pretty much would only be Redacted.
Famous for it, all other ones pretty much always use forums or open trackers as stepping stones.
