>>962310If you mean how it uses heavy shadows and thick outlines, then your best bets would be JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, as the first anon mentioned, Redline, and Dead Leaves. I'd say Kaiji and Akagi, too, since they both have extremely thick outlines on characters along with other things.
If you mean animation that's specifically enjoyable in how good it looks in motion, then there's a ton of stuff to choose from. Redline works here as well, but also Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust. If you've seen art from the Final Fantasy cover designer, Yoshitaka Amano, the movie perfectly captures his artstyle, but in beautiful animation. Honestly, I'd recommend watching a ton of omnibuses, like Memories, Neo Tokyo, The Animatrix, Robot Carnival, both volumes of L'Animation Indépendante Japonaise, and both Genius Party collections.
