so basically im trying to get into comedy writing, mostly for tv than standups or monologues...

how do i do that?
i tried devicing multiple words and choices and element of the jokes and the socalled "base" of the humour but i am unable to find a good laugh from those supposedly formulaic devices, even reading other's joke and comedy does not feel natural for you to write one thats similar but uniqe?

i know its ngmi but anyway, just for fun, how would you do it? say, for a simple one funny scene? how would you build it up until the laugh?
