It's most likely allergens. Clean your room, clean your sheets often. Keep pets out of your room. Check humidity (because of mold). Ask your roommate not to smoke inside.

I used a nasal spray for 2 days and somehow my nose stopped being dumb. Don't overdo it. Your nose will get dependant on it.

get some peppermint oil, take a cup of hot water, add few drops of said oil and close it, lightly sniff the vapour, dont sniff like doin cocaine, sniff like sniffing wine, very lightly

if you sleep in a cold environment (fan or ac) that's probably a big contributor. could be allergens like the others said. you could try Vicks vapor rub (they have other products as well). if you find your self waking up in the night gasping for air it could be related to sleep apnea. but then again I'm just a fool on the internet.

It'll be gluten (or casein from cows milk), inflaming the tissue in your nose...potato can do the same thing. You have to eliminate certain foods then introduce them 1 by 1 and see what is doing it. If you start from eating just carnivore you'll be fine, then add foods. Bread is usually one of the worst. If you do test it and it is bread (gluten) try sourdough bread and see if that is okay (sourdough bacteria eats gluten).
Beer is gluten btw, which is why people snore more after drinking.

That isn't the issue. About 50 years ago Western farmers developed a much tougher version of wheat that survives harsher conditions, and it is much higher in gluten. Add to that everyones intestines are fucked from vaccines. In Italy they use the old version, and they don't have gluten issues. Look at the heart surgeon who runs the blog WheatBellyBolg, and has a book with the same title. He does interviews about it.

Glancing over your "source" which is just a totally random website, it says that a link between something and "leaky gut" is well-established in literature", so right off the bat you have misinformation.

Leaky gut describes a thing, it's real, but no one knows anything else about it. There is no data or evidence regarding what causes it or how to treat it. That would be from webmd, by the way. Much more reliable than your random-ass conspiracy mongering site.

To test if it is something in the room like allergens try sleeping somewhere else a few times and see if it becomes less. If not and it seems inherent:

Get a xylometazoline nasal spray, another pump bottle and de-conentrate it with cooked water to sth like 15-20% former concentration. The standard concentration is MUCH too high.
Then use it just for the night, just as much as needed. With the concentration reduced that much and only used once per day for the night so that the nose can regenerate over the day you can use it a long time without negative side efects. Store the mixture in the fridge to keep it from spoiling.

It doesn't damage your nose, your tissue adapts to the vasoconstrictive drug. If it is really allergies, you need to be using as low a dose of nasal steroids as gets the job done; speak to your doctor.
