How do I convert a PDF file into black and white? I don't mean grayscale, I mean the only black and white, like in picrel.

I'm pretty sure that there are rasterizers baked in every OS/printer driver, so a poor man solution would be to fiddle with ancient black and white printers (but it would probably cost more time than just using appropriate programs).
